AX 2012 - The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable.

Issue:

AX 2012 - The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable.

Cause :

SQL server reporting services is not started.

Resolution:

1. Run Services.msc
2. Select  SQL server reporting services
3. Start services.
